HEALTHY GIRL NATURAL REMEDY TIPS.

The #1 rule to being a Healthy Girl is being mindful of what you are intaking and putting on your body. It's imperative that we educate ourselves on products we are taking from these companies to potentially increase health and products we are applying to our bodies. They put active ingredients and chemicals in 100% of products made in the U.S. that harm the most important parts of our bodies we actually need to function at our highest. That brings me to the first remedy tip:


  1. Replace your Fluoride toothpaste and mouth wash with fluoride free toothpaste and mouth wash.


Fluoride is a mineral that has been shown to have major effects on your Pineal Gland, which is located behind your Third Eye Chakra. Consuming fluoride every day can block your pineal gland. Your pineal gland has to be clear so you can see clearly, meaning seeing beyond what the physical eyes see. A clear pineal gland helps with receiving clear downloads from God/Source, allows you to see beyond the physical and through the programming that's around us, and allows you to naturally get into a deep meditation.

You may ask, “Well, why would they put fluoride in our toothpaste if it's not safe?” This is a part of their agenda to disconnect you from God/Source. Yes, it gets deep. But here are some healthier replacements:


  • Non-Fluoride toothpaste (Keep in mind what other active ingredients they replace fluoride with)

  • Natural Miswak Sticks

  • Coconut Oil Pulling

  • Making your own toothpaste using herbs


Note: If you have bad breath, you need to change your diet.


PWORLD TIP: Read ingredients on the back of products before you make them a part of your daily routine. If you can't read the ingredients, meaning if you can’t pronounce the words, don’t buy it. Life is supposed to be simple, not complicated.



  1. Replace your deodorants with lemon. Yes, lemon! Actual lemons.


Most deodorants have active ingredients such as aluminum, which causes breast cancer. I started using natural lemons a few years ago, and it worked magically for me. Lemons have healing properties that naturally detoxify the armpits and keep you from excessively sweating. Here are ways of using lemons instead of your regular deodorants:


  • Slice your lemon and rub it directly on your armpits. Cut down after every use.

  • Drink lemon water or a shot of lemon juice to naturally detox the body inside out.


PWORLD TIP: Do not rub lemon on freshly shaved or waxed skin. It will cause burning and be very uncomfortable.


  1. Replace cough syrups with natural elderberry syrup


Although cough syrups can heal whatever issue you’re experiencing, they only temporarily get rid of illnesses. Cough syrups cause liver damage and other allergic reactions, so although they get rid of coughs and other pains, they cause other issues that are harmful to the body. Elderberry is a natural herb grown from the ground, engineered by source. Not only is it healthier, but it works faster and promotes heart health, stress relief, respiratory health, blood sugar management, and skin health. Let's make better health decisions.


How to make elderberry syrup + storing


  • You start by simmering some dried elderberries with water for about 45 minutes.

  • Once the liquid is reduced by half, you drain the liquid using a mesh strainer, which makes it super easy.

  • Make sure you squeeze all the liquid out of the berries so you aren’t wasting anything. I used the back of a spoon.

  • Cool the liquid and then add raw honey for sweetness. Raw honey has its own medical benefits as well.

  • Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and it will last for about two months.

  • I take 1 tablespoon daily, and for children, 1 teaspoon daily.

Once the liquid is reduced by half, you drain the liquid. I use a fine mesh strainer, which makes it super easy. (Mine are very similar to these, and I use them for everything!)


PWORLD TIP: Check with your healthcare provider to see if you are allergic to elderberry.


  1. Replace caffeine/energy drinks with sea moss


If you want to feel like Superwoman, like you want to conquer the day without feeling drained, take natural sea moss. Not the flavored sea moss that most companies sell, real natural sea moss. I promise you, you will feel like Superwoman. I know from experience.

I love my coffee and matcha, but there is nothing like taking good old healthy sea moss, which contains 72 minerals that our bodies need to function properly. There are other natural remedies like sea moss that work too, but my overall purpose is to share what I have replaced for better health.


PWORLD TIP: Find natural raw sea moss and make it yourself.



  1. Feminine probiotics pills with seeded grapes.


Here’s a hard pill to swallow: did you know we naturally are not supposed to take any form of pills? Source made fruits and vegetables for whatever health concerns we may have, like seeded grapes. Seeded grapes are such a powerful fruit for the body. They're a natural antioxidant and help fight cancers. But what I have noticed when eating them and/or juicing them is that they are really a natural form of women's probiotic for your vagina.
